Pigott Reeves Johnson is a small law firm with a large national
litigation practice. The lawyers of Pigott Reeves
Johnson have represented individual and corporate
clients from more than 20 states and are involved
in complex litigation throughout the country, including
federal and state courts in New York, California,
Florida, Illinois, Virginia, Nevada, Tennessee, Arizona,
Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Each of the founding partners of
Pigott Reeves Johnson is a veteran of the United States
Department of Justice. Brad Pigott was the Presidentially-appointed
United States Attorney for the Southern District of
Mississippi, Carlton Reeves was the Civil Chief for
that office, and Cliff Johnson served as the Assistant
United States Attorney responsible for health care
fraud enforcement. Utilizing that unique collective
experience, Pigott Reeves Johnson represents "whistleblowers"
throughout the country who disclose fraud against
the Government under the federal False Claims Act
and similar state laws.
Brad Pigott and Carlton Reeves are
graduates of the University of Virginia School of
Law, while Cliff Johnson is a graduate of Columbia
